Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up
- 2 1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Method
- Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted.
- Add gelatin to hot mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Cream the cream cheese with a fork and stir the gelatin mixture.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add nuts and pineapple.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Add mayonnaise to whipped cream.
- Stir into thickened mixture.
- Pour into a lightly oiled 2-quart mold.
- Chill until firm.
