Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up
  • 2 1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Method

  • Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted.
  • Add gelatin to hot mixture and stir until dissolved.
  • Cream the cream cheese with a fork and stir the gelatin mixture.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Add nuts and pineapple.
  • Chill until slightly thickened.
  • Add mayonnaise to whipped cream.
  • Stir into thickened mixture.
  • Pour into a lightly oiled 2-quart mold.
  • Chill until firm.
