Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked Minute rice or mashed potatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
Method
- Start with rice or potatoes on bottom.
- Cover with 1/2 can tomato sauce, then a layer of onion and bell pepper, mixed. Cover with 1/2 can tomato sauce, then a layer of kernel corn. Cover with 1/2 can tomato sauce and layer of ground beef.
- Cover with 1/2 can tomato sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
