Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked Minute rice or mashed potatoes
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned

Method

  • Start with rice or potatoes on bottom.
  • Cover with 1/2 can tomato sauce, then a layer of onion and bell pepper, mixed. Cover with 1/2 can tomato sauce, then a layer of kernel corn. Cover with 1/2 can tomato sauce and layer of ground beef.
  • Cover with 1/2 can tomato sauce.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350°.
