Ingredients
- 2 small Satsuma-age
- 1/3 Green peppers
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
Method
- Diagonally slice the satsuma-age in half.
- Julienne the green peppers.
- Combine the ingredients in a sauce pan, and simmer over medium heat.
- Once it comes to a boil, add the satsuma-age and green peppers, then simmer for 3 minutes over low-medium heat.
- Turn them over, then simmer for 2-3 more minutes.
