Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 4-ounce packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla whipped cream for topping

Method

  • Melt butter; add flour and nuts.
  • Pat into 9 x13-inch glass baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Cool thoroughly. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and whipped cream; spread on cooled crust. Mix 2 packages pudding with milk and vanilla; spread on cream cheese layer.
  • Top with layer of whipped cream.
  • Chill.
  • Serves 8-10.
