Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 2 4-ounce packages instant chocolate pudding
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla whipped cream for topping
Method
- Melt butter; add flour and nuts.
- Pat into 9 x13-inch glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Cool thoroughly. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and whipped cream; spread on cooled crust. Mix 2 packages pudding with milk and vanilla; spread on cream cheese layer.
- Top with layer of whipped cream.
- Chill.
- Serves 8-10.
