Ingredients

  • 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. Diced pineapple, liquid removed
  • 2 c. Pitted white cherries, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Diced oranges
  • 1 c. Halved and seeded grapes
  • 1/4 c. Minced blanched almonds

Method

  • Combine Large eggs, lemon juice, sugar, and salt and cook over low heat till thick.
  • Add in butter and cold.
  • Fold cream into cooled mix.
  • Combine this mix lightly with marshmallows, well liquid removed fruits, and nuts.
  • Refrigerate24 hrs so the delicate flavors will blend.
  • Yield: 12 servings.
