Ingredients
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large can tomatoes, drained
- 1 medium to large zucchini, peeled
- 1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash (substitute for salt)
Method
- Saute onion in large frying pan.
- Add sliced zucchini and cook until tender.
- Drain excess juice and arrange tomatoes on top of zucchini.
- Top with cheese.
- Reduce heat and cover until cheese melts.
- Eat and enjoy.
