Ingredients
- 1 large can peaches, sliced
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Stir in milk.
- In deep dish 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour in peaches and juice.
- Dot with stick butter. Then pour flour mixture in middle of peaches.
- Bake at 350° or until cobbler is golden brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Any fruit can be used.
