Ingredients
- 2 C diced zucinni
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/2 t basil
- 2 T butter or skip and use olive oil
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup (or use real cheddar and whatever)
- 3 C elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 C cheddar cheese
- 1 can tomatoes (or use more if using fresh)
- 1/2 t mustard
Method
- Cook the first 4 til tender.
- Add the rest and cook ti cheese melts
