Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 c. grated zucchini or apples
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together, then add the rest. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour (optional).
