Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, cooked
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) Stove Top dressing
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Method
- Cook the zucchini and onion in salt water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots and add to zucchini.
- Mix Stove Top dressing and oleo.
- Put half in bottom of casserole. Add vegetable mixture. Top with dressing.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
