Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 hass avocado
- 1/2 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 tbs italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 of one tomato (no pulp or seeds)
- 1 clove of garlic finely minced.
- Mayonaise and or sour cream to taste.
- Optional: 1/2 red onion cooked or not.
Method
- Combine ingredients in a blender or food processer one at a time until mixed. be careful not to over mix. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, triscuits, or spread on bread.
