Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 sticks oleo, at room temperature
  • 4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 or 4 bananas, in quarters
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 2 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Press the first 2 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Mix 2 sticks oleo, powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Beat 15 minutes in pan, stirring constantly.
  • Cut bananas; lay on graham crackers in pan.
  • Pour on mixture.
  • Drain pineapple; put on top of creamed mixture.
  • Whip Dream Whip; spread on top of pineapple.
  • Sprinkle nuts on top.
  • Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours.
