Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ziti, cooked
  • 1 (29 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Prepare ziti as label directs. Brown hamburg. Drain. Add Ricotta and Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 of sauce. Mix well.
  • Add ziti.
  • Toss gently and coat well.
  • Spoon mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour remaining sauce over mixture and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
