Ingredients
- 6 None chicken tenders, sliced in half lengthwise
- 12 None bamboo skewers, soaked in cold water
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 None lemon, peel finely grated and lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
Method
- Thread chicken strips onto skewers.
- Combine chili sauce, lemon peel and juice, ginger, oil, garlic and coriander in a shallow dish. Add chicken skewers. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 20 mins to marinate.
- Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium. Cook skewers for 3-4 mins each side until cooked through.
