Ingredients
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 (10 oz.) bag fresh torn spinach
- 6 to 8 radishes, sliced
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Method
- Combine first 7 ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid. Shake and mix well; refrigerate.
- Just before serving, lightly toss the remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Shake dressing well, then pour over salad.
- Makes 6 servings.
