Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag fresh torn spinach
  • 6 to 8 radishes, sliced
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Method

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid. Shake and mix well; refrigerate.
  • Just before serving, lightly toss the remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  • Shake dressing well, then pour over salad.
  • Makes 6 servings.
