Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large tomatoes thinly sliced
- 2 cup peanut butter
- 1 pints water
- 2 cup cooked pea beans
Method
- saute onions in the oil until light brown add tomatoes and peanut butter and sauteed for about 5 minutes.
- add cooked pea beans and add water simmer for 30 minutes or until mixture is thickened
- serve with potatoes, rice, sweet potatoes with any dish or as a relish
