Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. (about 4 oz.) crisp rice cereal, crushed
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 recipe Creamy Filling
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. toasted, chopped pecans
- toasted pecan halves
Method
- Combine the rice cereal, the butter and the sugar; press into the bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Prepare creamy filling; spread over crust.
- Cover; chill.
