Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 225 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 90 g caster sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  • Preheat the over to gas mark 3
  • Mix the caster sugar and brown sugar together
  • Cream the sugars and butter untill it is very nice and smooth (it will have tiny lumps from the brown sugar)
  • Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract (until it looks like a cupkake mix)
  • Sift the flour in bit by bit until its very sticky but almost a dough
  • Add the salt and if you want "chocolate" cookies then just add a bit of coco and you can also add chocolate chips aswell
  • Line a baking sheet with grease proof paper.
  • Roll them up into walnut sized balls and if the mixture is tooooo sticky put flour either in the mix or on your hands
  • Put in the oven for 8 to 15 mins or untill there golden round the edges
  • Finaly take the cookies out when they're done and leave them on a bare tray or whatever (lol) to cool off then you can take them of the sheet and enjoy your cookies""
