Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt, Greek, plain
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds, lightly ground
- 1 cucumber, peeled & coarsely grated
Method
- In a small bowl, gently whisk the yogurt until creamy.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Mix well & chill.
