Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh mushrooms
- 1 or 2 onions, chopped or sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 c. hot broth or water
Method
- Thinly slice the mushrooms and onions.
- Saute in butter for 5 minutes.
- Slowly add the flour and the hot broth, stirring constantly.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the sour cream and stir.
- Good with grilled steak and baked potatoes.
