Ingredients
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- flour
Method
- Scald milk.
- Stir in sugar, salt and margarine.
- Cool to lukewarm.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add milk mixture and 3 cups unsifted flour; beat until smooth.
- Stir in enough additional flour (3 1/2 to 4 cups) to make a stiff dough.
