Ingredients
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 stick butter
- 1 grated carrot
- 2 lb. yellow squash, cooked
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix stuffing and butter together.
- Place half of stuffing in pan.
- Add carrot, squash, sour cream, soup, onion, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the rest of stuffing and butter on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
