Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 bottle Tabasco
- 15 dashes Worcestershire
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 to 2 lb. Mexican or jalapeno Velveeta
- 2 to 3 green peppers, chopped
- 4 to 6 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
Method
- Brown hamburger with peppers and onions.
- Drain fat.
- Add salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
- Return to heat and add tomatoes and diced cheese.
- Heat over medium heat until cheese is melted and ingredients are mixed.
- Simmer for an hour or so.
- Keep hot in a crock-pot on low.
