Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bottle Tabasco
  • 15 dashes Worcestershire
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 to 2 lb. Mexican or jalapeno Velveeta
  • 2 to 3 green peppers, chopped
  • 4 to 6 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped

Method

  • Brown hamburger with peppers and onions.
  • Drain fat.
  • Add salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Return to heat and add tomatoes and diced cheese.
  • Heat over medium heat until cheese is melted and ingredients are mixed.
  • Simmer for an hour or so.
  • Keep hot in a crock-pot on low.
