Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow rice
- 2 cans Mexican corn, drained
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can celery soup
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 c. cheese, grated
Method
- Cook rice according to package.
- To rice, add butter, corn, onions and soup.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Remove and add grated cheese to top.
- Bake until cheese is melted.
