Ingredients
- 300 grams cake flour
- 3.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 170 grams butter
- 265 grams granulated sugar
- 6 large egg yolks
- 240 ml milk
- 2 tsp butter extract
Method
- Preheat oven 350 deg and spray 2 9 inch round cake pans
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add egg yolks one at a time. Add butter extract.
- Alternate adding milk and flour.
- Divide batter between 2 pans and bake for 25-30 min.
