Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 4 tsp. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 1/2 c. dry milk or Coffee Mate
Method
- Mix water, yeast and sugar together and let sit in mixing bowl.
- Add top mixture and beat.
- Stir in rest of flour.
- Let rise in bowl until double.
- Punch down; knead.
- Make into loaves or rolls.
- Let rise again.
- Bake at 350° for 18 to 22 minutes.
- It will be golden brown.
- Remove from oven; brush with oleo.
