Ingredients
- 1 (13 oz.) graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 can coconut
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Method
- Combine all ingredients except pineapple and beat with mixer until well blended.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
- Remove from oven.
- While cake is still hot, pour pineapple over it and allow to soak thoroughly.
- Let cake cool completely before frosting.
