Ingredients
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 heads bok choy, chopped
- 4 None canned baby corn, sliced
- 8 None sugar snap peas
- 5 None shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- None None Deep fried shallots and cilantro leaves, for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in wok on high heat. Add vegetables and 1 tbsp water; stir fry until the vegetables are just tender.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar, tossing to combine. Garnish with shallots and cilantro.
