- 1-1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 2 cups Corn, Drained
- 4 cups Pinto Beans
- 2 cups Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 cup Tomatoes With Chiles (I Like Rotel)
- 3 cups Potatoes, Peeled And Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 cups Water
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Chipotle Seasoning
Method
- Brown the ground beef and onions. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
