Ingredients
- 1 lb. penne, cooked
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lb. spinach or Swiss chard *
- 1 jar roasted peppers or pimentos, cut into strips
Method
- *If using frozen, use at least one 10-ounce box; defrost and squeeze out well.
