Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour in greased and floured tube pan or Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
