Ingredients
- 1 c. wild rice
- 6 slices lean bacon
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- salt to taste
Method
- Cook rice according to directions (makes 4 cups).
- Fry bacon crisp.
- Cut in pieces.
- Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Dilute soup with cream.
- Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish.
- Bake 30 minutes at 300°.
