Ingredients

  • One 750-milliliter bottle crisp white wine
  • 1 cup green grape juice
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/2 cup green seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • One 750-milliliter bottle dry sparkling wine

Method

  • Add the white wine, grape juice, rum, grapes, apple, lemon and pear to a large pitcher and stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight, so the flavors have time to develop.
  • Stir in the sparkling wine before serving.
