Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add flour mixed with seasonings.
- Stir until well blended.
- Pour on milk gradually, while stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point.
- Boil for 2 minutes.
- Yield:
- 2/3 cup sauce.
