Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 5 toasted and chopped in blender ends of bread (crust)
Method
- Mix altogether; fry in 3 tablespoons of margarine in frying pan.
- Makes 6 to 9 patties.
