Ingredients

  • 1 orange, sliced and seeded
  • 1 lemon, sliced and seeded
  • 1 lime, sliced and seeded
  • 2 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 to 1 c. brandy
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 bottles white Burgundy
  • 1 qt. club soda
  • 1 c. vodka (optional)

Method

  • Place fruit and cinnamon sticks in a bowl and add brandy. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  • Add sugar, fruit and brandy mixture to wine.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • When ready to serve, remove cinnamon sticks; add club soda and vodka.
  • Pour over crushed ice.
  • Add maraschino cherries for more color.
