Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast or 5 tsp. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. shortening
Method
- Add 3 cups flour to the first 3 ingredients; mix well.
- Add the eggs and shortening to the first mixture; beat well.
- Let stand until double in bulk.
- Make into rolls or buns.
- Bake rolls at 400°.
