Ingredients
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup skim milk
- 3 (2 ounce) bars white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed cardamom pods
- 2 teaspoons rosewater
Method
- Combine 2% milk, skim milk, white chocolate, and cardamom pods in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and well combined, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat before hot chocolate comes to a boil. Stir in rosewater. Strain out cardamom pods.
