Ingredients
- 1 medium bag corn chips
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
Method
- Mix together all ingredients except corn chips and cheese.
- In 3-quart casserole, layer corn chips, soup mixture and cheese in that order.
- Make two layers.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Serves 8 to 10.
