Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- In the frying pan used to fry chicken, take a fork and loosen chicken crumbles.
- Make sure the bottom is covered in chicken drippings (at least 1/2 cup).
- Add flour, milk, salt and pepper. Stir constantly, until bubbling and thick.
- Serve over potatoes or biscuits.
