Ingredients

  • -1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • -2 (15 oz) cans of Northern Beans (don't drain)
  • -1 (15 oz) can of creamed corn
  • -1 packet of white chicken chili seasoning (or taco seasoning)
  • -1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
  • -1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • -1 can (10-14 oz) chicken broth

Method

  • 1. Place chicken in Crock Pot
  • 2. Top with beans and corn
  • 3. Mix together soup, broth, chilies and seasoning in a bowl and pour over other ingredients
  • 4. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (or high 4-5 hours)
  • 5. Before serving, shred chicken
