Ingredients
- -1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- -2 (15 oz) cans of Northern Beans (don't drain)
- -1 (15 oz) can of creamed corn
- -1 packet of white chicken chili seasoning (or taco seasoning)
- -1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
- -1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- -1 can (10-14 oz) chicken broth
Method
- 1. Place chicken in Crock Pot
- 2. Top with beans and corn
- 3. Mix together soup, broth, chilies and seasoning in a bowl and pour over other ingredients
- 4. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (or high 4-5 hours)
- 5. Before serving, shred chicken
