Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken, cut into 8 pieces, or substitue chicken quarters
- 1/2 Cup melted butter
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Rosemary, preferably fresh, dried will do
- Kosher Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Method
- Marinade -
- In a small saute pan, wisk together soy sauce into melted butter slowly, at very low heat, add rosemary, wisk for 1 minute, let cool to room temp.
- Marinade chicken for 4 - 6 hours in marinade, turning chicken every hour.
- Drain and save marinade for basting chicken on the grill.
- Salt and pepper chicken lightly prior to grilling.
- Grill chicken on low heat until internal temp. is *165, basting every 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary.
- Serve with cowboy beans and potato salad, or whatever you would like.
