Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) White Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Pesto (homemade Or Store Bought)
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper

Method

  • In a food processor, combine beans, pesto and lemon juice.
  • Puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  • If you find it too thick, you can add water starting at a teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
