Ingredients
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 30 drops hot sauce
- 15 oz. jar olives
- 2 Tbsp. olive juice
Method
- Drain juice from olives, reserving 2 tablespoons.
- Combine cheese, flour, margarine and hot sauce.
- Mix well.
- Add enough olive juice to moisten.
- Wrap small piece of cheese around each olive.
- Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Do not overbake or cheese will dry out.
