Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked dried cavatappi pasta*
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 (5-ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, if desired
  • Pepper, if desired
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Land O Lakes Eggs, hard-cooked, cooled, peeled, chopped
  • Lettuce leaves, if desired

Method

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water.
  • Drain.
  • Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese and eggs in bowl; mix well.
  • Gently stir in Cheddar cheese and eggs.
  • Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
  • Serve cold.
  • Place over lettuce leaves, if desired.
  • *Substitute bowtie or shell pasta.
