Ingredients
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 4 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Method
- Mix sugar and flour; add remaining ingredients except cream. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
- When cold, fold in whipped cream.
- Makes 2 cups.
