Ingredients
- 1 tsp White Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in bowl in warm water.
- Add olive oil.
- Add salt.
- Add flour.
- Knead until all flour is absorbed.
- Place in greased bowl.
- Flip over so top of dough is greased.
- Bake at 500F for 5 minutes.
- Add toppings and reduce oven temp to 425F and bake an additional 10 min or till desired doneness.
