Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz.) box sugar-free Jell-O (pistachio)
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Mix dry pudding with crushed pineapple and juice.
- Mix 2 minutes. Fold Cool Whip into the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
- Makes 8 servings.
