Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken in small pieces
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Place sauerkraut in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
- Top with corned beef, then cheese.
- Combine mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing.
- Spread over cheese.
- Top with tomatoes.
- Melt oleo and add bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle on top.
- Microwave for 15 to 17 minutes on High or until heated through.
- Let stand 5 minutes. Makes about 6 servings.
