Ingredients
- 3 whole Roasted Red Peppers
- 15 ounces, weight Ricotta Cheese (or Cream Cheese)
- 13 cups Grated Parmesan
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced (large)
- 1 pound Cooked Pasta Of Choice
Method
- Process all ingredients minus the pasta in a food processor.
- Toss with hot drained pasta, adding pasta cooking liquid by tablespoons, as needed.
- Garnish with chopped fresh herb of choice.
